1. ORDER HANDLING & PROCESSING PROTOCOL
Every unit undergoes a comprehensive quality audit and static-shielded packaging sequence before dispatch.
Handling Window: 1 – 3 Business Days. This ensures precision in order verification, firmware testing (where applicable), and secure crating.
Operational Cycle: Our Norwalk fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday. We remain closed on weekends and U.S. Federal holidays to maintain staff welfare.
Daily Cut-off: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time.
Logistics Dispatch: Orders finalized after the 5:00 PM EST cut-off on Friday will enter the processing queue the following Monday morning.

Real-Time Tracking: Once your gear leaves our facility, an automated notification containing your tracking ID will be dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s digital nodes to reflect the package’s initial physical scan.
4. TAXATION & BORDERLESS COMMERCE
All orders shipped within the United States are subject to state-specific sales tax, calculated dynamically at checkout. Because our inventory is domiciled in U.S. hubs, domestic customers are not subject to import duties or customs brokerage fees.
5. SHIPMENT ACCURACY & LIMITATIONS
To protect your high-value technical assets, we enforce the following delivery standards:
Verified Residential/Commercial Only: We do not facilitate shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses due to carrier restrictions on high-value electronics.
Correction Window: Address modifications must be submitted to support@lobsterstar.com within 12 hours of order confirmation.
Unclaimed Shipments: Packages returned due to insufficient address data will be subject to a $6.99 re-processing fee.
