Section 2 – PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & PRICING DYNAMICS

Lobsterstar specializes in elite-tier digital hardware. While we have exerted every effort to render the technical specifications and aesthetic colors of our products with 100% accuracy, we cannot guarantee that your individual monitor’s display will perfectly reflect the physical product’s nuances.

We maintain the right to adjust product pricing, modify technical features, or discontinue any peripheral without prior notification. Lobsterstar shall not be held liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price adjustment, or suspension of Service.

Section 3 – BILLING ACCURACY & ACCOUNT INTEGRITY

We reserve the discretionary right to refuse or limit any order placed through our system. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized resellers or distributors. In the event of a modification or cancellation, we will attempt to reach you via the primary email provided during the transaction. Section 4 – LOGISTICAL PROTOCOLS

All procurement is governed by our Shipping Policy. Lobsterstar operates a high-efficiency handling phase of 1-3 business days, followed by a standard transit window of 5-10 business days. A standardized flat shipping rate of $6.99 is applied to domestic U.S. orders. To facilitate a risk-free experience, pre-paid return labels are integrated into every outgoing shipment as per our 30-day guarantee.
